"Everyone at Jim Gables office have always been super kind and they go above and beyond, lately I’ve been dealing with Cindy and she is amazing. The issues /Claims that I have had Cindy was always there to walk me through any problems with no hesitation,I would say she puts the customer service back in to play to where most places don’t even bat an about customer service anymore. We have had State Farm through Jim‘s office ever since we moved to Ohio and they have not wavered on their service .So personally, I would highly recommend anybody to go through them and I know you’ll get the same customer service that we have always gotten.
