"We’ve used this office for many years with exceptional service! We switched to Jim’s agency because I was impressed with his involvement in his local church. The few claims we’ve had were resolved quickly. An error I caught on my life insurance policy was resolved with satisfaction by Jim. The biggest asset is Kim S. - she takes care of every detail if we’ve switched policies around etc. she’s the absolute best to deal with!"

"If you're looking for an insurance company that will collect premiums from you for years and then find any way possible to deny a claim, State Farm is for you! I'd highly recommend going to an agent who deals with multiple agencies- State Farm has been a nightmare to deal with."

"Horrible experience after 5 years. Received my bill a week before the due date. Nothing is showing online that I even have a bill. Insurance went up considerably keep trying to the call office and getting no where. Never had any issue until now. This will probably cost the company a valued customer in the end."
