"Got a rock that hit my windshield, messaged my agent right after it happened because it’s right in my line of sight looking through the windshield. Happened on a Friday evening, and on Tuesday wrapped up the claim and should be scheduling appointment today (Wednesday) to get windshield replaced. Very fast response to getting it replaced. Thanks!"
