My name's Jason Williams and I have been a Multi-Line Service Representative here in Greenville for the past 21 years!
I was born and raised in Portsmouth, Ohio, located in the Appalachian part of the state along the Ohio River that borders Kentucky and West Virginia. After completing my education and insurance licensing, I moved to Greenville in 2002. At that time, my career began with State Farm and the Jim Gable Insurance Agency, Inc., and my Scioto County roots quickly transitioned into Darke County roots. It didn’t take long to adapt. The people, the town, and all of it’s beautiful surroundings certainly made things seamless for me. I will forever cherish that.
I’m a huge family man, and mine means the world to me. I’ve been with my better half, Trisha Hill, for over 15 years, and we’ve lived in Greenville our entire relationship. Trisha has a beautiful daughter, Jaida Leigh, that I’ve raised as my own since she was 6yo. They are my inspiration, my motivation, and I can’t imagine life without them. My personal passions are helping anyone and everyone that needs a hand, restoring faith in humanity, music, football, and all things Ohio State!
I was raised on true southern morals, and I try to apply those same morals and principles in my everyday encounters with my customers. I was taught to treat people from all walks of life the way you would like to be treated and with the utmost respect. My mission is to establish honest, trustworthy relationships with our customers that will last as long as possible. My goal is to ensure customers are completely protected in all areas, with no gaps in coverage, and to do it at most competitive price we have to offer. I’m extremely passionate about helping out my customers in every way I can, and I treat their insurance as if it were my own. I appreciate our customers, and I’m grateful for each and every one of them. They are what has allowed me to do what I do here in Greenville for the last 21 years and counting. For that, I will always be thankful.

My name is Cindy Garey and I was added to the team in November and newly licensed here in Ohio. I was licensed in December in Property and Casualty insurance.
I was born and raised in Oxford, Maine. I started my insurance career there working for Insurance companies before starting work in an agency where I first became a licensed agent. After a few years in insurance, I had my son who was born with many health issues, at this time I stepped away from insurance and became a stay at home mom. Over the years I worked in restaurant management as it worked well with my sons hectic medical schedule. I have lived the past 15 years in Florida, and decided that I was ready to move near family and the less hectic life. This is how I ended up in Greenville, Oh. I love the quiet little town and the peace it gives me. My son will graduate in 2024, therefore I decided it was time to focus back on my career. Since, starting with Jim I could not be more happy with my decision to move here. I am enjoying being able to spend time with friends and family. My son and family are my everything and I cherish every second of every day I get to spend with time. When I am not at the office or medical appts, you can find me on the ATV trails, on the water in various places on my kayak, having a BBQ or traveling the states. I love seeing the world and all the amazing sites that we have been blessed with. I truly believe in KINDNESS, I give and help as much as I can. I will always do what I can to make sure everyone is treated fairly and that you are happy, I want our customers to know that we are here for them and that we will do everything we can do to help them in any way. I always try to connect, relate and understand every soul. I would not expect any less for myself, therefore I will not give any less to you. I was taught that you get what you give, so I will always give 110%. In a world full of chaos, always show your kindness.

Kim Smith

Hi, my name's Kim! I have been a licensed property & casualty agent since 2000. My insurance career began as a part-time temporary employee for a commercial insurance company. I was hired full time after my 6-month temp contract ran out and went on to become an underwriter for many years. Since then I have worked in a few different Independent agents retail offices. Prior to coming to Jim’s office in December 2014 I worked with another State Farm Agent in Indiana for 2 1⁄2 years. I enjoy reviewing policies with folks and providing answers to their questions – if I don’t know the answer, I'll do what I can to find out!
I’m fortunate to have been married to my wonderful husband, Dan for almost 32 years. We have 4 grown kids, 3 grandkids, 1 dog, 1 cat, 3 grandcats and 2 granddogs. I enjoy having our whole family over as often as they can make it! I love spending time with my hubby riding our Harley – Wind Therapy.
